PhD and post-doc positions in silicon quantum devices, University College London

The Quantum Spin Dynamics group at UCL has several exciting positions open for prospective PhDs and post-docs.

PhD positions come with 3-4 years of funding.

Post-doc positions are for 2 years in the first instance.

Research: A flavour of the group’s work is shown in our publications http://www.ucl.ac.uk/qsd/publications. We coherently control spins of electron and nuclei in various materials and devices, especially silicon, to develop applications towards quantum technologies. These positions will benefit from a number of ongoing collaborations with groups in the UK, Europe and beyond, and address topics such as hybrid superconducting+spin devices, and CMOS-compatible spin qubits.

Please contact Prof John Morton with a copy of your CV if you are interested in applying.
