Group typeExperiment

Research description:

The research in our group focuses on the optoelectronic properties of two-dimensional materials such as molybdenum disulfide and black phosphorus. By using nanofabrication techniques, we can integrate these two-dimensional materials in electronic devices such as photodetectors and solar cells to study their electrical and optical properties.
