– THREE POSITIONS for the period September 2016- August 2019.
The positions are opened for a three-year appointment, renewable
yearly, to be spent half in China and half in Portugal, to start
preferentially in September 2016.
Within the general research area of
TRANSPORT PROPERTIES OF ELECTRONIC SYSTEMS
there are two main topics:
1- One or two positions in transport and dynamical properties of
low-dimensional correlated systems, including 1D integrable and
non-integrable models.

2- One or two positions in transport and magnetic properties of
geometrically frustrated itinerant electronic systems.

Starting Salary: 1,500 € (after tax)
Based on performance, the 2nd year increment ranges from 1,550 € to 1,650 €,
and the 3rd year could come up to 1,800 € (all after tax).
(There will be a strict procedure of evaluation on the performance)
Applicants should be no more than 35 years of age at the time of
application and should have obtained their Ph.D. after 2010.
