We expect to have openings for two Postdoctoral Research Scientist positions in the Condensed Matter Theory group at Ohio State. Both positions will be in the general area of quantum condensed matter physics, including correlated quantum materials, topological phases of matter, quantum dynamics and cold atoms.

Successful candidates will carry out research in the condensed matter theory group with Professors Yuan-Ming Lu, Mohit Randeria, and Nandini Trivedi. They will also have opportunities to interact with Professors Ilya Gruzberg and Jason Ho, and with members of the condensed matter experimental group and the Center for Emergent Materials (CEM), an NSF-MRSEC (http://cem.osu.edu/).

The positions are expected to begin in Autumn 2018. Interested candidates should complete the online application at AcadmicJobsOnline with a CV and List of Publications, and arrange for three letters of recommendation to be uploaded. Review of applications will begin on Feb. 1, 2018. For more details, please visit: https://academicjobsonline.org/ajo/jobs/10692

We would appreciate if you could forward this message to suitable candidates that you may know.

Thanks,

Yuan-Ming Lu (lu.1435@osu.edu)

Mohit Randeria (randeria.1@osu.edu)

Nandini Trivedi (trivedi.15@osu.edu)
