There is one PhD student position open to work on Attosecond Physics of Quantum Materials. This project at the interface of ultrafast laser physics and condensed matter physics is financially supported by a La Caixa Junior Leader fellowship. The candidate will work on the study of ultrafast dynamics in quantum materials (topological and strongly correlated materials) and develop new theoretical and numerical approaches in the emerging field of strong field physics of condensed systems. All applicants should be highly motivated and enjoy working and collaborating closely within an international team.
  • Starting date: The candidate should ideally start by October/November 2021.
  • Duration: Three years.
  • Remuneration: Gross salary is 21.950 €/year, and includes Spanish Social Security and public healthcare. To have an estimation of net salary click here.
