Dear Colleague,
We are organizing a summer school at the Institut d’Etudes Scientifiques de Cargese on Unconventional Superconductivity: Experiment and Theory (SUNSET17). The school is aimed at research-active graduate students and postdocs and takes place August 7-19, 2017. The goal is to introduce students and young researchers to new concepts and phenomena that have invigorated the field of superconductivity in recent years. While the lectures will cover developments in cuprates, iron-based, heavy fermion, and organic materials, the emphasis will be on concepts that unify and provide perspective across material classes.
We would very much appreciate it if you brought this announcement to the attention of students and postdocs who may benefit from attending the school.
The full list of confirmed lecturers, the details about the school, and the link to the application are available at the conference website,
https://www.phys.ufl.edu/sunset17/index.shtml and are also specified
in the attached poster that we would be grateful if you advertise at your institution. Limited financial support is available for students thanks to the contributions from our sponsors.
Sincerely
