The symposium will be held in the framework of the XXXIX RSEF Physics Biennial will be held in Donostia/San Sebastián from July 15 to 19, 2024.

Nanolithography encompasses the set of techniques that allow us to define, structure and contact systems on a nanometric scale and, therefore, is a key element in Nanotechnology. Since 2009, there has been the Spanish Nanolithography Network, the Nanolito Network, which allows the coordination of the different scientific-technical infrastructures and research groups that exist today in Spain in the field of Nanolithography. This symposium will present the latest advances in the application of advanced Nanolithography techniques to condensed matter physics, thanks to a series of speakers who will cover the most relevant current areas.
