A postdoctoral position is available immediately for a collaborative project between Professor Cory’s lab at The Institute for Quantum Computing (IQC) and a local startup High Q Technologies LP. The project is to use Optimal Control Theory (OCT) to improve the sensitivity of pulsed electron spin resonance at cryogenic temperatures. We are also interested in demonstrating applications to molecularly thin samples.

The successful applicant should have an advanced degree (PhD) in chemistry, biochemistry or physics with significant experience in ESR of biomolecules.
