The workshop «New Trends in 2D Materials», sponsored by the Marie Curie ITN spinograph and IMDEA Nanociencia, will bring together 70 researchers to present their latest results in the blossoming field of 2D Materials. Emphasis will be placed on spin effects and spintronics in graphene and other 2D crystals, but other topics will be also discussed, including quantum transport, superconductivity, optics, and mechanical properties of 2D materials such graphene, black phosphorous, and transition metal dichalcogenides. The program will include both invited (35+10m) talks, contributed talks (25+5m) and a poster session, as well as a special session devoted to present innovation success cases.
