The position if for an Academic Researcher for three years (RTDA) at the Department of Materials Science, University of Milano-Bicocca, in Milano, by public selection; limited teaching duties required.
Requirements: postdoc experience in modelling/simulations of the epitaxial growth and related defects, broad experience on atomistic and continuum approaches.
Research topic: 3C-SiC on patterned Si substrates, within one Horizon 2020 project.; close collaboration with experimental and industrial groups.
Neat salary: 1850 Euro 13 times per year.
