The University of Minnesota has an opening for a research associate to work in theoretical condensed matter physics, with a starting date in the Summer/Fall of 2016. Applicants are expected to have completed their PhD in physics or related areas before the starting date of the position. The successful candidate will work in the group of Prof. Andrey Chubukov and is expected to interact with experimental groups as well. Specific research topics include, but are not limited to, strongly correlated electron systems, unconventional superconductivity, and frustrated magnetism.
