FINALheader.jpgIt is our pleasure informing you that Chapman University in Orange, California will host the second International Workshop: “Towards Room Temperature Superconductivity: SUPERHYDRIDES and MORE,” scheduled for May 8—9, 2017. Orange is a thriving college-town on the outskirts of Los Angeles and very close to Disneyland.

The widespread enthusiasm overflowing from the success of last May’s workshop in Rome (after the discovery of superconductivity at 205K in H3S) behooves us to band together again for what may become our newest tradition: an annually commuting conference every May focused on the acceleration of progress towards room temperature superconductivity.

We also plan to preserve the tradition of diverse participation in the same fashion as the first International Workshop: by accommodating our attendees with complimentary admission. However, to maintain safety and security for all guests, registration is mandatory and access will be restricted to registered participants only.

Please register (and find more Conference/accommodation details) by clicking on this link.

We do plan on publishing our Workshop Proceedings. Your abstract submission information is available on our workshop website, which you can find by clicking on this link. More information on our Keynote Speakers and the Proceedings Publication will be available soon.

And finally, to commemorate the centennial of one of the greatest leading proponents of high temperature superconductivity, Chapman’s Institute for Quantum Studies & Advanced Physics Laboratory dedicate this coming May’s colloquium in celebration of the legacy Professor Vitaly Ginzburg.
